On this large 18,000 sq foot building, 2 of our top crews from New Jersey Roofing Company tackled this project. We removed all existing river stones and walkway paver from one side of the roof to the other side of the building. We then removed all of the insulation board and placed that on the other side of the roof. All of the insulation was then precisely cut to allow water to flow underneath when put back in place. The roof underneath the insulation and rocks was power-washed 6 times to remove decades of debris and grime! Then we coated the roof twice with a premium GAF acrylic coating. A new plastic barrier was applied after the roof had time to cure, grooved insulation was put back in place, then a debris blocker was applied over the insulation to filter out any debris and finally, the river stones and pavers were reinstalled. The same process was repeated on the other side. This took lots of coordinating and manpower to ensure a smooth execution from start to finish.

Goodyear Roofing successfully completed a complex roofing restoration project involving three separate buildings.

Building 1: Mauricio and his team cleaned, prepared, and repaired the flat roof using JM APEX 4S and Karnak roofing cement. A heavy coat of KARNAK 298 AR reflective rubberized silver coating was then applied.

Building 2: Luis and his team installed a new JM APEX 4S Modified Bitumen torch-down system over an existing torch-down roof.

Building 3: The largest building required the removal of the existing membrane, inspection of the roof deck, and installation of a new JM APEX 4S Modified Bitumen Torch-Down System.

Mauricio and his team successfully completed a comprehensive exterior restoration project. The scope of work included pressure washing, removing loose paint and debris, and applying high-density mortar to repair masonry blocks. To enhance waterproofing, exterior-grade sealant was applied to all walls. This restoration project has improved the building's appearance and protected it from further damage.

Pepe and his crew cleaned the entire roof at the YMCA pool facility. Carefully, we resealed all penetrations and flashed them with GE SIlicone.
