Glenn and his crew removed all shingles from this wonderful family's home. Replaced rotten plywood that was observed and installed a new GAF Timberline NS Pewter Gray Lifetime shingle roof system with a new Velux Flat glass skylight and new flashing kit.

Challenge: Saint George's Church was facing significant deterioration of its Slate roof, including damaged tiles, copper valleys, and flashings. Additionally, the built-in gutter system was compromised.

Solution:

NJ Roofing provided a comprehensive roof restoration.

This included replacing nearly 1,000 Slate, Tiles, Restoring Copper elements, and applying a durable GE Liquid Silicone Membrane System to the Gutter. To address interior damage caused by the Roof issues, necessary plaster restoration was also performed.

Results:

Richie and his crew handled a new challenge for a loyal old customer! - A comprehensive window caulking service was performed on eleven industrial-sized windows. The existing caulk was entirely removed from both interior and exterior window perimeters. The backer rod was installed to optimize sealant adhesion and help with air leakage. The windows were then resealed using Sika commercial sealant to prevent water infiltration. Also, plenty of tuck-pointing and exterior mortar and brick repairs were made to keep this pristine property in great shape for years to come!
