The project involved completely removing and replacing the existing EPDM roofing system on a large strip mall and restoring the interior parapet walls.

1CallRestore team removed over 25,000 square feet of old EPDM and insulation from the strip mall's barrel roofs. After inspecting the decking, new insulation board was installed and secured. Then, fully adhered JM .60 Mil EPDM roofing system was installed for superior protection. To complete the project, damaged shingles on the interior parapet walls were replaced with GAF Timberline shingles. These premium shingles provide great weather protection while also improving the building's overall aesthetic appeal.

The successful completion of this commercial roof restoration project results in a significantly improved roofing system that will provide long-lasting protection while also increasing the building's energy efficiency.

This case study describes a comprehensive residential restoration project carried out by our most experienced Roof4Roof's roofing contractor team. The renovation included both roof and exterior trim upgrades.

The roof restoration involved a complete tear-off of the existing flat roof membrane on the garage, followed by a thorough inspection of the underlying decking. A new JM Appex 4S torch-down roofing system was installed, providing a durable and weather-resistant solution. To enhance drainage, an existing drain was upgraded with a new Marathon Aluminator retrofit drain.

In addition to the roof work, the team cleaned up the exterior. An aluminum coil was wrapped around the window and door trim to give it a clean, finished appearance. The main roof's distinctive gutter system has been upgraded with copper drop tubes and torch-down membrane flashing for increased durability and water protection.

The final result is a refined property with a strong roof and a stylish facade.

The new installation marked the next phase of the project. Each shingle was nailed to the roof deck, ensuring secure attachment. Meticulous cutting and trimming of the shingles were performed to accommodate roof penetrations and detailed roof shapes.

GAF Snow Country ridge vent was installed to enhance attic ventilation and mitigate the risk of ice dams and moisture buildup. Additionally, GAF Seal-A-Ridge caps were applied to seal the ridge vent and provide further protection against water infiltration. The new roof system offers exceptional protection against the elements while also increasing the home's overall value and curb appeal.
