United Medical, is a medical office facility with flat roof coating system that was installed or applied by us. We use enduris-3500-coating. We installed, repair and relined the built-in gutter system on two sides of the building. We also made extensive repairs to their existing EPDM roof. we offered a 8 to10-year warranty. This challenging project in Fort Lee, NJ involved a complete roof system overhaul for a large apartment building. Led by Walter and his team, we meticulously removed all existing shingles and replaced deteriorated plywood with new CDX 5/8" sheathing, ensuring a solid foundation for the new roof.
To enhance protection, we installed GAF Weather Watch ice and water shield and Tiger Paw synthetic underlayment, exceeding NJ State Code requirements and adhering to manufacturer specifications. The roof was then re-shingled with durable GAF Timberline HDZ shingles.
To further enhance the building's exterior, we installed new .032 gauge custom coping metal for a clean and professional finish. A new 6" seamless gutter system was also installed throughout the building to efficiently manage rainwater runoff.
