We carefully removed approximately 300 square feet of damaged tiles, replaced underlying wood as needed, and applied an ice and water shield for added protection. The original tiles were then reinstalled, leaving the roof looking as good as new. To address other roofing issues, we installed a Johns Manville Appex 4S system on the flat roof and replaced the mansard roof with new GAF Timberline Lifetime shingles. Since we were able to restore the roof, instead of replacing it, we saved our client over $25,000. What a great feeling!

A comprehensive roofing project was executed at 25 Van Dyke St., Wallington, NJ, in Passaic County. A new Johns Manville roof system was installed, incorporating .032 metal edging for enhanced durability and water resistance. To accommodate the customer's preference for a traditional aesthetic, the existing front shingle roof was replaced with a new 25-year GAF Sovereign 3-tab shingle roof.

A complete roof replacement was performed at 72 Horizon Ct, Township of Washington, in Bergen County. The project involved the removal of all existing shingle layers, followed by a thorough inspection and replacement of damaged plywood sheathing as required. A new Atlas Pinnacle Pristine Hearthstone shingle roof system was installed to provide superior protection and aesthetic appeal. To enhance natural light and ventilation, four new Velux Solar Venting Skylights were integrated into the roof assembly.

A comprehensive roof restoration was performed on a large contemporary property on Carter Rd, West Orange, NJ, in Essex County. The project commenced with the removal of existing river stones from the deteriorated EPDM roofing system. Necessary repairs were made utilizing Johns Manville EPDM accessories to establish a watertight seal. To prepare the roof surface for the subsequent coating application, a thorough cleaning process was implemented, involving two passes with a medium-pressure power washer to ensure optimal adhesion. The roof was then primed for the application of a Roof Xtender Silicone Coating System.

A critical structural repair was executed at a residence on Tappan Rd, Norwood, NJ. Due to a significant deck collapse, emergency measures were implemented, including the construction of a temporary wall to stabilize the structure. Subsequently, all compromised wood components were removed and replaced by the NJ Roofing team with new lumber to restore structural integrity. To prevent future deterioration and maintain aesthetic consistency, all exposed columns and beams were encased in white coil metal and Azek trim, matching the existing porch design.
