Pepe and his roofing crew completely stripped off the old roof membrane and replaced all the plywood decking and reinforced the compromised parapet walls. Pepe and Javier, our lead technicians, tackled a recent project that involved refreshing a Spanish tile roof. They carefully removed the old pool atrium membrane, ensuring a clean surface for repairs. After making the necessary fixes, they applied a long-lasting GE Silicone coating for extra protection. To give the entire roof a sparkling finish, they used high-powered washers and specialized cleaning solutions. New Jersey Roofing Company recently put its expertise to the test with a particularly challenging residential shingle roof replacement located in Teaneck NJ. The steep pitch demanded a high level of focus and agility from our crew. Everyone was outfitted with the proper harnesses and fall protection equipment to ensure a secure work environment.

The existing roof also presented an additional hurdle in the form of a skylight. While skylights can add natural light and beauty to a home's interior, improper installation or deterioration can lead to leaks. Our team removed the old skylight and replaced it with a brand new VELUX deck mount skylight. These skylights are known for their superior weatherproofing capabilities, ensuring the homeowner enjoys natural light without worrying about water infiltration.

Once the skylight was addressed, we installed the GAF Timberline HDZ shingle. This high-definition shingle not only offers superior aesthetics, but also boasts great durability and weather resistance. By tackling the challenges of the steep incline, replacing the skylight and installing a durable shingle, New Jersey Roofing Company was able to make the roof functional and great again!

On this project, 1Call Restore Company went above and beyond, AGAIN! the building located in Englewood, NJ, tested our team's dedication to meticulous roof restoration. Our goal was to ensure the long-term health of the commercial property's roof by applying a new GE Silicone coating system.

We started by giving the entire roof a thorough power washing, not once, but twice! This process removed any dirt and debris that could have compromised the silicone's bond with the underlying surface. Our team conducted a comprehensive roof inspection to identify any pre-existing issues that might affect the integrity of the new coating. This included the discovery of a rotten parapet wall, a structural element along the roof's edge. To ensure long-term stability, we rebuilt the parapet wall. Additionally, the existing roofing membrane, the layer directly beneath the surface, was also replaced with a fresh, watertight membrane.

Only after these repairs and a spotless cleaning process did we proceed with the application of the GE Silicone coating system, material that offers superior waterproofing and weatherproofing properties, contributing to the longevity and performance of the roof.

Our team identified and addressed leaks – a common roofing concern – by removing all loose and failing sealant around these potential entry points for water, ensuring a clean and prepped surface. We then applied a fresh layer of high-quality, commercial-grade sealant specifically formulated as a long-lasting weatherproofing barrier.
