A comprehensive roof restoration was performed involving the complete removal of five layers of existing flat roofing membrane and hot tar in Hudson County, NJ. The underlying roof deck was prepared for the installation of a new Johns Manville Appex 4S Modified Bitumen Torch Down system, providing a durable and weather-resistant roofing membrane. To enhance natural light penetration and ventilation, a new VELUX Dome skylight was integrated into the roof assembly.

The project involved the removal of all existing shingle roofs from both the house and the shed. We then provided a complete upgrade with an Owens Corning roof system, known for its durability and classic beauty. In addition to the roof replacement, our crew tackled the chimney, rebuilding it entirely and applying a thorough waterproofing treatment.
