On this project, Glenn and his crew, our Roof4Roof roofing experts, came in to replace the existing roof system. They removed all existing shingles from the house and the garage. Installed all new underlayment as required by manufacturer specs. We installed a new designer Certainteed Carriage House Ar shingle roof system with new ridge vents to ensure proper ventilation. We created two new openings in the attic space to install new Velux solar-powered opening skylights with blinds.

Fresh Look + Leak Protection

We installed brand new GAF Timberline NS Shakewood shingles on Jason’s main roof, giving the home a fresh and durable upgrade. The chimney was also fully resealed with cement and membrane to keep everything watertight and secure. ROOF4ROOF.COM – A solid refresh from top to bottom!

 Roof4Roof.com – Keeping Rooftops in Shape - Performed routine semi-annual roof maintenance and a full cleaning at this Hoboken property. A clean, well-maintained roof is key to preventing future leaks and extending its life, especially in busy urban settings like this one.

Full Roof Refresh - We gave Joanne’s home a full upgrade, installed new Tamko Titan Virginia Slate shingles on the main roof and garage, replaced soffit and fascia on all rakes, and added fresh chimney counterflashing. Earlier, we also handled minor repairs by replacing missing shingles, checking for nail pops, cleaning out the gutters, and removing debris from two chimneys.

New Roof for Aeon Fitness - We prepped and installed a brand new Johns Manville Appex torch-down system on the gym’s entire roof. This upgrade means better protection, durability, and long-term peace of mind , even during the roughest weather.
