Alberto, the project foreman at our Hasbrouck Heights job, went all out on this roof rejuvenation. He repaired every inch of the roof field using JM APPEX 4S, a top-of-the-line modified bitumen membrane known for its extreme weather resistance. This wasn't a simple patch job though – Alberto torched down the membrane, creating a REAL watertight barrier. He then tackled those pesky pitch pockets, filling them with pourable sealer for an extra layer of defense. After a thorough double cleaning, the roof was prepped for a gleaming new coat of GAF acrylic hydrostop, a high-tech solution that will keep this building protected for 15-20 years to come.

Glenn, our lead Production Supervisor, oversaw this recent project. It involved a super steep barn roof! We started by removing all the old asphalt and cedar shake shingles – a crucial step for a clean start. Then, we installed a brand new, top-of-the-line 5/8-inch plywood base for the roof, a GAF Timberline HDZ system in Pewter Grey, known for its toughness against wind. Red Bull Arena in Harrison, NJ, needed new equipment installed in their guest services department. While seemingly straightforward, this project required careful waterproof penetration to accommodate the cabling.
