We gave this home a fresh look and solid protection by replacing the entire shingle roof with Tamko Titan shingles in Virginia Slate. The garage roof got a matching upgrade too. We also updated all soffits and fascia on the rakes and installed new chimney counterflashing for long-term durability.

Seasonal Roof Maintenance Done Right – We completed a semi-annual roof maintenance and full cleaning at Randy’s property in Englewood. Clearing debris, checking for trouble spots, and keeping everything in top condition, just what a roof needs to stay strong year-round.

On this project, Pepe and his Roof4Roof team cleaned and prepped all of the flat roofs on this office building. They installed all new Johns Manville Appex 4s Modified Bitumen Torch Down Membrane with new Commercial grade metal edging. All drains were replaced with new Marathon Retro-Fit Commercial grade drains. On the architectural designed stucco "header" a custom piece of coping metal was made and installed to ensure no water sits on the stucco and causes any further damage. Additionally, minor EIFS Stucco Repairs were made due to age and weathering.

At the Temple Beth Rishon, unfortunately, an existing contractor installed shingles in the valleys incorrectly and installed improper drains on the flat roofs. Richie and Gio, our church and religious roof experts from 1Call Restore, came in and removed the shingles from the valley, inspected the wood and installed GAF WeatherWatch ice and water shield. They then installed GAF Timberline shingles properly to ensure no further leaks occur. On the flat roofs, they removed the old drains and all material around the drains. They then installed new custom copper drop tube drains and were flashed with Johns Manville Appex 4S Torch down membrane.

At this storefront building, Javier and Alberto removed all loose mortar from above the large storefront windows and prepped them as needed. New high-density Sakrete mortar was installed where needed. Around all windows, the sealant/backer rod was removed and replaced as needed. Above these areas on the roof, multiple repairs were made using proper flashing cement to prevent further leaks.
