This challenging project in Fort Lee, NJ involved a complete roof system overhaul for a large apartment building. Led by Walter and his team, we meticulously removed all existing shingles and replaced deteriorated plywood with new CDX 5/8" sheathing, ensuring a solid foundation for the new roof.
To enhance protection, we installed GAF Weather Watch ice and water shield and Tiger Paw synthetic underlayment, exceeding NJ State Code requirements and adhering to manufacturer specifications. The roof was then re-shingled with durable GAF Timberline HDZ shingles.
