This was a tough winter. My roof had several heavy ice dams that melted when the weather was warm, which led to a problem with water coming into the house and flooding my interior. 1st All Weather Roofing identified and replaced the problem slate tiles, fixed (and painted!) a detached soffit, caulked the exterior around my boiler chimney, and vented a bathroom fan so the warm air went out through the roof instead of through the attic.
