It's how they handle it when things go awry. 1st All Weather installed a standing seam metal porch roof on our 130-year-old home. We're in the historic district, so we had to get approval. When we appeared before the Design Review Commission they raised questions about the height of the standing seam (they thought that a high seam looked "commercial"), so Brian provided a spec sheet ...
