We had a total roof replacement. They were very quick to get back to us to set up an appointment. Salesperson Stan arrived on time. Financing was easy to set up. They had some installers come out to tarp our roof so that our leak didn’t get any worse. It took much longer to actually get the install booked than what we were told but we totally understood as weather was not on our side. They did it in record time and they were or are very professional, gave me options and listened to my concerns. I will be getting them again when we build our garage. We chose first choice after reading reviews as we felt they were a reputable company. I think the cost is a bit more but you get a detailed breakdown and can negotiate on some things. Stan accommodate all our needs and was supportive through the whole process. The workers were experienced and did quality work.
