A section of the front of the house has irregular waives in the siding. These are unacceptable, but the company says it’s normal due to the age and what is being covered. I disagree and should have been told of these irregularities prior to covering, and given an opportunity to address the concern. Not a good end product.
Hi Kevin, we take the professional application of our products seriously, which is why a laser level was used to ensure your stone sill under your bay window was perfectly level. A special saw was used for the stone to make precise cuts and joins in the masonry. Stone in its nature is a product that contains naturally imperfect angles, and cannot fit together the way man-made manufactured materials do. Older homes settle, have odd angles and imperfections we work to fit the stone around. Your sales rep, our production manager and our on-site manager all took the time to explain the materials, process and address your concerns through several conversations throughout your installation.
