-Water proofed all screw heads, horizontal and vertical seams

-Applied a reflective bright white top coat that will reflect the suns UV rays and help keep the interior of the building much cooler!

The roof is waterproof, completely seamless, under a warranty and completely tax deductible year 1 thanks to our coating process!
