This homeowner had just moved in recently when they noticed a few roof leaks. They called us out. We performed a free roof assessment for them and gave them options for repair.
They decided to replace the roof as they will be getting solar to help lower the energy bill that continues to climb. To further help reduce costs, they upgraded to the Atlas Sun line. This shingle line has cooling granules which will help reflect the suns UV rays and in return, will keep the inside temperature cooler!
The homeowners are thrilled with their new roof and are excited for the upcoming solar project next that we will be helping with!
