We were called to assist with a roof inspection after a small water leak was noticed after recent storms. The roof overall looked good so we recommended a roof tune up in the valley. The leak was coming from a raised nail head where the caulking had deteriorated. We nailed the nail back into place and placed new caulking over all existing nail heads to ensure a water tight surface. No more leaks!
