We were called into action after solar panels were recently installed onto this roof with the roof brackets being.... upside down!!
Fortunately, this mistake was caught before roof leaks were noticed!
We had to work alongside the solar company to remove the panels so we could get our roof repair job done quickly so there was very little down time on this homeowners brand new solar system being used!
Everything worked out perfectly moving forward with no more issues for this homeowner going off grid!

We were referred to this homeowner after doing work for two previous family members! After seeing our work, he was impressed and gave us an opportunity to assist with his roof!
Upon the roof inspection, we observed both wind and hail damage on all slopes of the roof. The insurance company got involved - agreed with our findings - and approved for a full roof replacement! This homeowner went back with a limited lifetime architectural shingle. We also installed custom metal flashing along the chimney to make sure that stays water tight!

This homeowner called us in great need of a roof cleaning!
The debris on her roof had led to a few roof leaks that she noticed from the inside. With the build up of debris that had been collected on the roof, it took us a while but we were able to remove all of the debris from the roof.
This will not only avoid further potential roof leaks, but will eliminate the possibility of critters entering the home from the debris!
Once the roof was cleaned, we provided a full roof inspection and made sure the roof was still in good condition before leaving. The homeowner is happy to have a clean roof once again!

We were called out to assist with a roof inspection after this homeowner noticed a interior water stain on their bedroom ceiling after a heavy rain. The inspection led us to find the caulking around a plumbing pipe boot had deteriorated some and was needing a tune up. We installed a protective pipe boot cover over top of the existing boot and caulked all exposed nail heads over the entire roof.
We recommend all homeowners to have annual roof inspections annually to stay proactive instead of reactive! It is much better to fix a potential leak before it's too late!!

We were able to assist hand of hope with a recent seamless gutter installation! We custom make our gutters on spot to ensure all pieces fit perfectly! With all of the surrounding trees, a leaf filter system was also installed to keep the gutter system clean year round!
