We were called out to assist with a roof inspection after this homeowner noticed a interior water stain on their bedroom ceiling after a heavy rain. The inspection led us to find the caulking around a plumbing pipe boot had deteriorated some and was needing a tune up. We installed a protective pipe boot cover over top of the existing boot and caulked all exposed nail heads over the entire roof.
We recommend all homeowners to have annual roof inspections annually to stay proactive instead of reactive! It is much better to fix a potential leak before it's too late!!
We were able to assist hand of hope with a recent seamless gutter installation! We custom make our gutters on spot to ensure all pieces fit perfectly! With all of the surrounding trees, a leaf filter system was also installed to keep the gutter system clean year round!
We were called to assist this homeowner after they had noticed a water leak coming from the skylight over the back porch patio. We provided a free roof inspection and noticed the skylight flashing was installed very poorly.
We provided a detailed estimate and showed the homeowner numerous pictures that we had taken from the free roof assessment. They agreed with our estimate and we performed the roof repair. We installed all new custom made metal skylight flashing, ice/water shield around the perimeter of the skylight and put new architectural shingles back into place.

We were called to conduct a free roof inspection. While doing the inspection, we noticed the roof to have a lot of storm damage all throughout. The insurance company agreed and approved for a full roof replacement! We were able to bring this home back to life with a beautiful new Designer shingle! What a difference!

We had been inspecting this clients roof for three years. We would just do roof maintenance to make sure it doesn't leak. During the most recent roof inspection at the beginning of 2023, storm damaged was noticed during the inspection.
Insurance got involved - confirmed the storm damage - and approved for a full roof replacement!
