One of our most favorite transformations to date!
We were called to conduct a free roof inspection. While doing the inspection, we noticed the roof to have a lot of storm damage all throughout. The insurance company agreed and approved for a full roof replacement! We were able to bring this home back to life with a beautiful new Designer shingle! What a difference!

We had been inspecting this clients roof for three years. We would just do roof maintenance to make sure it doesn't leak. During the most recent roof inspection at the beginning of 2023, storm damaged was noticed during the inspection.
Insurance got involved - confirmed the storm damage - and approved for a full roof replacement!
The homeowner was thrilled to finally get a new roof after consistently watching over the roof along side of 1st Defense Roofing, LLC!
We initially helped this homeowner after the homeowner experienced a roof leak. After a free inspection, we noticed hail damage on their roof. Insurance got involved and approved the roof for storm damages!
We also installed 4 new velux skylights! Quite the transformation and no more roof leaks for the homeowners to worry about!!
Another awesome aspect of this transition was the homeowner is one of the first in all of North Carolina to have installed on their roof the Atlas Sun Shingle. This shingle has technology to allow the shingles to not get as hot as your typical asphalt shingle does in the summer months. In return, this will allow for a cooler interior and allow the hvac to not have to work as hard!

We replaced this homeowner's roof after their insurance company had informed them of previous storm damage. We were able to get them scheduled for the full roof replacement the following week! They now have a limited lifetime shingle installed and are protected for many years to come!

We were initially called to perform a free roof assessment on this roof. The building owner inquired on a coating restoration. Unfortunately, this roof was too saturated for a coating to take place. We gave the owners options for a full roof replacement. We installed a 20-year 60m Versico tpo membrane back into place! This will be a great roof for many years to come!
