We initially helped this homeowner after the homeowner experienced a roof leak. After a free inspection, we noticed hail damage on their roof. Insurance got involved and approved the roof for storm damages!
We also installed 4 new velux skylights! Quite the transformation and no more roof leaks for the homeowners to worry about!!
Another awesome aspect of this transition was the homeowner is one of the first in all of North Carolina to have installed on their roof the Atlas Sun Shingle. This shingle has technology to allow the shingles to not get as hot as your typical asphalt shingle does in the summer months. In return, this will allow for a cooler interior and allow the hvac to not have to work as hard!

We were initially called to perform a free roof assessment on this roof. The building owner inquired on a coating restoration. Unfortunately, this roof was too saturated for a coating to take place. We gave the owners options for a full roof replacement. We installed a 20-year 60m Versico tpo membrane back into place! This will be a great roof for many years to come!
One of our most favorite transformations to date! This homeowner had reached out to us after a hail storm had come through their area. They were looking for a peace of mind roof inspection!
We came out to perform the inspection and did document hail on all slopes of this roof. The insurance company got involved - agreed with the findings - and approved for a full roof replacement!
Instead of going back with an architectural shingle, this homeowner upgraded to a 26 gauge metal roof system to go back on instead! This roof will last this homeowner for many, many years to come! Being silver in color, it will also help reflect the suns UV rays which in return will help keep the interior of the home cooler in the hot summer months!
