This Homeowner reached out to us after finding our google listing and saw our great review's as they were in a bind! Their homeowners insurance company was dropping them due to the age of their roof.
We came out the next day for a full roof inspection where we documented both wind and hail damage on their roof. We then presented our case to the insurance company. The insurance company sent out an adjuster, whom of which, agreed with our findings of storm damage and approved for a full roof replacement! We were even able to get the copper bird house roof approved for brand new copper to go on!
This homeowner upgraded to the new Atlas Sun line which has a cooling granule to it. This will allow the roof to not get as hot during the very warm summer months. Not to mention, they are one of the very first installs in all of North Carolina to have this style and color shingle on their roof!
