This homeowner scheduled a full roof replacement after we had canvassed around the neighborhood from doing work around the area. The full roof inspection led us to finding hail damage all over the roof including the metal dormer roof in the front. The insurance gave the homeowner a fight initially. but we presented a very strong case. After some back and forth, they approved for a full roof replacement! They also included for all new standing seam metal panels over the dormer!


The homeowner upgraded to a Duration Designer series roof shingle. This shingle really pops and gives the home a bold look! Anyone who drives by can't help but notice the difference!

We hired 1st defense to repair leak on the roof of our business. We have a very difficult roof to access. 1st Defense was very professional, showed up on time and made the repairs in timely manner. They kept me informed through the whole process including photos of the issue and repair. They are fair and honest and I wouldn't think of considering anyone else for roofing jobs!
