After noticing from the road - hundreds of shingles blown off of the roof of the Iron Academy building roof, one of our sales reps asked the administration about the roof. They fortunately did not have any leaks but knew the time was coming for a full roof replacement sooner than later. We provided a full roof inspection of all buildings. Wind damage has claimed hundreds of shingles from the roof making it very susceptible for roof leaks. With how much storm damage was present, we informed the client of the insurance process, which they had no idea of! We walked them through the entire process. Insurance also agreed for the need for a full roof replacement.
Once we were done with the Iron Academy building, the administration decided to go with an all new seamless gutter system on the building and to have us restore the two modular buildings that are used for classrooms. They modular roofs had multiple leaks in them and needed to be addressed. Since the restoration, no more leaks and the roof has a warranty on it again!
The administration is thrilled with the results of our work and we are grateful to have earned their trust to perform the repairs!
