This bathroom was fully upgraded to create a modern, stylish, and functional space. The renovation features a black-framed glass shower enclosure with a sleek grid design, paired with textured white subway tile, and patterned floor tile for added style. The remodel includes a new wood-tone vanity with a sleek square sink, matte black fixtures, updated lighting, and fresh finishes throughout, creating a clean and contemporary look.

Scope of work included a full renovation of the master bathroom and basement bathroom. Work consisted of demolition of existing materials, installation of new floor and wall tile, new tub/shower units, recessed shower niches, updated vanities, plumbing fixtures, lighting, flooring, and finish trim.


Custom handrails were fabricated and installed throughout the staircase, including all sanding, priming, and painting.


Basement upgrades included installation of new recesses lighting to improve overall illuminating and functionality. Interior painting was also completed throughout the home.
