We had ice storm damage from the 2025 Northern Michigan ice storm. We had damage to our siding, gutters and roof. Our roof was inspected with a drone which was nice, the roof was replaced and it came out very nice, we were very pleased with that and we have a beautiful roof, the siding was repaired, gutters replaced and we had some panels on our pole barn roof were replaced. We have employed a number of Petoskey area contractors through the years, very few of whom I would consider re-hiring. Not so with LE Roofing (CR3 American Exteriors). Should the need arise, I wouldn’t think twice about employing their services again. They are reasonably priced, highly professional and reliable, and provide quality workmanship.
