I closed on my house in December and the previous owner prepaid this company for a window to be replaced in my bathroom on October 27th, 2020 (I have the receipt.) Here we are, 7 months later, and guess what? Still no window!! Absolutely mind blowing. I've called them repeatedly every Friday since March and no one can tell me where my window is or when I can expect it to be installed. We were contacted by Laurence Bordner from C3America shortly after asking for estimates on Home Advisor. He came out to our house the following day and took some pictures. After going over options, a plan was set in place and our roof was installed in less than a day! We are very happy with the look of our new roof and the efficiency of the installers. Dalton was our project manager from C3. From start to finish the C3 staff was very helpful in brokering the information to our insurance company without having the hassle of multiple phone calls to get the right person. Dalton worked with our adjuster and due to our shingles being discontinued we were able to receive a brand new beautiful roof! The installers had our house done in one day including clean up! I would highly recommend C3 for your exterior needs.
