      We knew we needed a new roof for 2021 and started saving up and calling around for quotes. Lo and behold, as we had appointments with other roofers in our area, a salesman (Bryan) was dropping off door hangers. We immediately called and Bryan came back to take pictures, let us know what the process would be like, and how to go about starting a claim with our homeowners insurance since we had significant wind and hail damage.       I was in the process of trying to sell my townhome. Buyer's inspection report came back with issues with the roof unfortunately. I called C3 to inquire and received a call from Mason shortly after. Not knowing much about this process, Mason was able to answer all my questions promptly. My concern was having insurance pay for it since that's why we have home insurance, right? Mason took time out of his day to meet with me before the scheduled insurance adjuster's inspection to look over the roof.... Read more

      We recently had a tree branch fall on the roof after a storm and it did some heavy damage. Bryan Roulette came out to assess the damage and start the repair. He was able to come out quickly and get the hole repaired. He was very pleasant and easy to work with. Recommended if you need roof repair in the future.
