          Nick was amazing in helping me get my damaged roof repaired. He not only documented and dealt with the insurance people, but when insurance wanted to do a patch job Nick took the initiative to go back on my roof and demonstrate why that approach would not work. His patience in working with my wife on the roof selection and him taking ownership of the project being here for the entire job to make sure everything was done right is something that I didn't expect.
