            My wife and I are remodeling a home from the late 1800's. As i was working in the attic space I noticed holes and daylight coming through the Slate that has been on the home since late 1800's early 1900's. By chance we had went to the York Builders Home and Garden Show on February 11th and that's where we first meet Dallas Windsor from C3 Amercian Exteriors.             I hired them to replace our roof. They did a good job , were very responsive and always got back to me very quickly , very willing to work with me, showed up on time, and over all I had nothing bad to say about them. Until a year later, I had reached out to them concerning some fascia metal that had come off on the side of my house.             We have a gazebo on the Deep Creek Lake front that needed a new roof. Because it is a small job several roofing companies weren't interested/priced it high/didn't respond. C3 responded and scheduled the work so it was done when some other work was also happening in the area. They accomplished the job within the timeframe we discussed and the work appears to be a quality installation.

            C3 replaced our roof yesterday, and we are very happy! I had called a few months before about a siding issue, and was very impressed when Colby told me that we didn’t actually need new siding, just an inexpensive repair, and then he did a quick, temporary fix for free.
