Recent wind damage to our roof opened a section just a couple of days before arriving rain. Tyler from CR3 responded quickly inspecting the entire roof to assess the damage. I appreciated his explanation and honesty, not trying to sell us more than what was necessary. He applied a temporary patch to hold through the rain as our scheduled repair was the day following.

Paul came out to assess an issue we had with water and an ice dam on our roof. Paul raked the roof and broke up the ice. Paul also assessed our situation as either a lack of airflow to ridge vents, or lack of proper insulation, with the belief increased insulation would help our issue. In the spring they will determine if it’s airflow or insulation, and we will work with them to remediate.
Everything was great about my experience with them. Zack went above and beyond. It took awhile to get a good weather day to actually install my roof but Zack kept me in the loop. Roof looks great. He noticed that some roofing material damaged my hot tub cover. They are replacing the cover. It’s hard to find good honest people these days. CR3 is one of the best businesses I’ve dealt with in awhile. I would recommend them for any of your roofing needs.
Colby and Tom were great from the first call I made until the job was complete. They worked with me and the insurance company throughout the process. And it was a PROCESS, with my horrible insurance company. Colby continued to keep me updated, and was a pleasure to deal with. Highly recommend!
