Bought a house without inspection that had a new metal roof due to the ice storm.
My bad, should’ve known better, but I had no recourse since I waved inspection.
Quickly found out after heavy snow load on the roof that the flashing throughout was improperly done around the chimney , vents sidewall. Leaking while snow slightly melts.
Researched best roof repair in the area and these guys popped up and I was not disappointed.
