We had a patio door replaced. The quality of the workmanship was poor. We have asked Brian to come look at the job, we've texted him pictures of the job, and still we hear nothing. We've been waiting since February 2021.

During a storm event I had severe Hail damage Carnie Fryfogle Jr. Helped right from the start was able to point out the damage, helped with the adjuster, and politely handled all my questions.
Then about a year later I called about an issue with the gutters where the water was forming icicles between the gutter and roof after the subcontractor installed them during the original repair.

We recently had our roof replaced by C3. Very happy with the customer service, follow through and final outcome of the roof. Extremely easy and knowledgeable team to work with including the sales rep Bryan Roulette and onsite point person Kade. This is our second time using C3. A few months ago they installed a new sliding glass door that I am thrilled with. I highly recommend working with Bryan Roulette and C3. High quality products and great customer service.
