      Made a appointment on 3 separate occasions for C3 to look at my roof. The 1st no call no show. I called the next day and was given was I felt was a valid reason and the appointment was rescheduled. 2 appointment a call saying they would be about 1.5 hours late. I had things to do so we made a appointment for the following week. Again no show no call. I'm just calling someone else at this point. I question the validity of some of their reviews after my personal experience.

      I met Carnie at a training seminar put on by a roofing manufacturer. When you are in the business it is easy to identify the characteristics of a good business owner. Carnie follows through on what he says he will do and that is the most important trait you can find in a business/business owner. Best of luck to Carnie and the C3 team.

      In early spring I had some wind damage to my roof during a storm. I was searching for a reliable roofer to make the repair when I was approached by Justin from C3 Roofing. He walked us through the entire process of filing the claim with our insurance company and even came out on a Saturday to meet with our insurance adjuster on the roof.
