We got an egress window from Best. The actual work was fine. It was done by a subcontractor and It's what I expected. The sub showed up the next day after a torrential rain and re-caulked the window. There was supposed to be an upcharge for the stone in the foundation, but they did not tell me that was a possibility and they did not charge me for that extra work. I'm impressed by that.
