Tri-County took down my chimney above the roof and repaired the hole. They also put on a new roof on my two-story Victorian Wauwatosa home. They did it without damaging plants below. They cleaned up so well you wouldn’t know that they had 10 workers there that day. Reasonably priced, and they did it all in one day. I got the recommendations from my neighbor, and I’m glad I went with them.

We chose Tri-County Contractors to replace our roof last year, and we couldn’t be happier with our decision. The roof still looks fantastic, and their team was incredibly professional throughout the entire installation process. What really impressed us is the added bonus of annual inspections, which we didn’t even realize were included. The roof and skylight project went well on our almost 100 year old Whitefish Bay colonial. The proposal by Ben Graham was the most thorough with pamphlets and flyers from Certainteed which made decisions easier. Scheduling of the project was easy and only slightly delayed by weather. The project manager, Mike, was easy to work with and made certain that the edge vents and attic chutes worked properly with the ridge vents. We recently had both our roof and siding replaced by Tri-County. This was an insurance job with a tight deadline. Tri-County went above and beyond in making sure we met our deadline. Tri-County was great to work with. Their project managers for both roofing and siding kept us well informed on the project from beginning to end. Both the roof and siding look great and we appreciated the great cleanup at the end of the project. We highly recommend Tri-County Contracting.
