Had roof and gutter damage after the hail storm this spring, noticed that we had a few leaks . Jimmy Garber with A-1 was in the neighborhood at another home and came over covered and plugged the areas quickly for us before the next rain got here. I was very impressed with his concern and willingness to take care of that for me . Everyone at A-1 was great to work with . They did a quality job on the roof and gutters.Clean up and care for our property was great. Jimmy was always available to answe... Read more
Steve Thank you so much for the great review on our company's staff and especially Jimmy he is a fine young man. We thank you for joining our family @ A-1 allowing us to help you navigate the insurance process replacing the roof and gutters on you home.
We had hail damage to two roofs, gutters and more that required replacement. The A-1 team did a fantastic job from start to finish.
Great communication along the way and no surprises.
Thank you Rick for allowing us the pleasure of assisting you with your hail damage claim covering the roof gutters and skylights. We truly appreciate the opportunity to server you and the kind words.
Great communication and a job well done. Roofing and gutter replacement after hailstorm were completed as per agreement.
Thank you Michael for giving us the opportunity to help you through the roof and gutter replacement on you home we truly appreciate the business and working with wonderful people.
I've always used A-1 Guarantee since I got my first house in 1989. The Garbers and their crew have always been top-notch. I've learned over the years, seeing their work on my places, then seeing the work of others. Obvious difference. Some of my friends have learned the hard way. My most recent from the April 28 hailstorm really drove it home why people should use A-1 Guarantee.
Thank you Joe for the opportunity to help you with your roofing projects over the years we truly appreciate your support and patronage wonderful customers like you is what makes it worth showing up every day
