Dear Jim. I wanted to reply to your review, looks like we did this job August 2023 I'm ecstatic to here the roofing and office correspondence went extremely well. I wish we would have been notified that the gutter work was unsatisfactory and been given the chance to make any corrections needed. We Value your business and do not want any one to have hard feelings towards our company in any way it dose seem we had an inadequate employee using the wrong punch for this size down spout. The hole punched was for A 2x3 down spout not a 3x4 the standard size for A 2x3 is 1.75X2.75 as you stated and a 3x4 standard size is 2.75X3.75 so neither are actually advertised sizes its like buying A 2x4 it really is not 2"x4" it is 1.5"x3.5" This is irrelevant but factual. No matter it's not the way it should have been done however if we would have been notified we could have remedied any problems with the gutter we just were not given the opportunity, I can understand your thoughts may have been if we didn't do it correctly the first time we may not fix it correctly period, I respect that thought. It seams you have a gentleman coming to correct the few issues and we would be more than happy to cover that cost if you have any questions please give me a shout and PLEASE always know we are here to help and we truly appreciate any feed back we receive so we can better our Quality.
