Very professional from our initial meeting with them to the completion of our new roof. We originally contacted Chad at A-1 for a roof inspection when buying our new home. He provided excellent feedback and reasonable price for some minor roof repairs. I am in the process of having my roof replaced. I WILL NOT be using this company. I called to schedule an estimate but didn't get anyone on the phone so I left a message with my info. 5 days later they called me back just to tell me that someone else would be giving me a call at some point over the next few weeks to schedule an estimate. To their credit that person did call the next day. They however did not set a time to come by they just said they would try to swing by at some point in the nex... Read more
