This company cannot be trusted to do a good job. After several attempts to repair their shoddy work, I am still having problems. Best advice is to not use A 1 Roof Company!
I did use you. Approx 8 years ago. You "fixed" storm damage on my home by replacing the roof on the back half of the house. I called 6 or so months after the repair when the roof was leaking and one of your workers came out and said it was going to be fixed under the warranty. I got a call from you a few days later saying that you wanted to look at it. Very professional from our initial meeting with them to the completion of our new roof. We originally contacted Chad at A-1 for a roof inspection when buying our new home. He provided excellent feedback and reasonable price for some minor roof repairs. Over the next 4 years we called Chad many times for advice on roof leaks due to an aging roof and he was always available to stop by within 24 hours.
