We signed with A1 to re-shingle our home. They seemed to do an excellent job. When we signed the contract with Chad he was very knowledgeable about what A1 would do and answered my questions. I had one specific question concerning my backyard...we have dogs that needed to go out now and then. The yard IS fenced and I asked if the crew would be in the back at all. UWe are very sorry about your dog and this is not acceptable. Our inspector Mike tried the local animal shelters in attempt to find your dog and I can only speak to what was relayed to me at the time but Mike mentioned a similar dog was found on the Leigh’s lost and found . We are so happy he was found. And I’m so sorry there wasn’t more compassion expressed on our behalf we recently lost a fur baby and it’s a serious hole to fill
