They are very professional, reasonably priced and do an amazing job. They worked with my insurance company to get things covered that probably wouldn't have been covered otherwise. They were very patient when my insurance company took a long time to pay them. They cleaned up well and there was no debris left lying around. I would highly recommend them.

A-1 Guarantee Roofing was recommended to me and that proved to be a great recommendation. I do not live in Springfield, but was helping my mom with her roof repair. A-1 kept their appointment, understood our needs, and made good recommendations. They kept me informed along the way as to the status of our project, did a great job of cleaning up and the roof and gutters look great.

Very professional from our initial meeting with them to the completion of our new roof. We originally contacted Chad at A-1 for a roof inspection when buying our new home. He provided excellent feedback and reasonable price for some minor roof repairs. Over the next 4 years we called Chad many times for advice on roof leaks due to an aging roof and he was always available to stop by within 24 hours.
