A-1 installed our new roof Aug-Sept 2015. This month, Mar. 2016, I noticed a small water leak under our covered porch near the back side of our fireplace. Called A-1 with Steve responding the next morning and not finding a sure leak area, thought water may have entered just above the roof line where the vinyl siding meets the brick fireplace. Caulking was applied to the area and hopefully our problem has been solved. Hats off to A-1 for their fast response and taking care of a customer.

They said they were a couple weeks out on scheduling but would put me on the list. Had my roof fixed within a week. Awesome job!!
Has 24/7 emergency service, called never received a call back! I in turn called back talked to answering service again, was told that if they do not feel you are and emergency you will not receive a call. I think common courtesy would be to let someone know! Also if your roof is leaking with rain on the way I would say that is emergency!
I have seen A-1 tell the truth about the cause of roof failure when other roofing companies tried to throw the insurance company "under the bus." When a company tells the truth, even when they wish there was hail or wind damage...it speaks to their ethics and long term outlook in the business community. I have full confidence in the owner's (Brian Garber) experience and that he stands behind the work. They have repeatedly proven themselves to be outstanding to my customers.
