They were able to come earlier then planned. Completed my new roof in a day in a half. The guys showed up early in the morning and worked till late. They didn’t leave until they cleared my driveway, they even used their cell phone flashlights to make sure they got everything. The guys were sweet and kind. Cleaned up great. I had A1 guarantee roofing do a complete roof replacement. Overall, it was overall a satisfactory installation but the process of getting there was very bad business and procedures. The estimator( Troy ), showed up and gave an estimate for repair. Once I received the estimate was submitted to me and I explained to Troy that I had other companies scheduled for estimates the following week. Very professional.The estimator went out of his way to answer every question. The roofers were impressive. I have never seen a bunch of guys work any harder with so little wasted motion.
