When I called about a possible leak it was not long before Chad showed up to view the ares inside the house. He went on the roof and gave me his opinion as to what he thought was the problem. A few days a workman showed up and fixed what we and Chad think was the problem. After the last rains we have not noticed any futher damage. We appreciate your promptness and ability to repair the suspected area.

During this crazy time after the hail storm, Jimmy at A-1 Guarantee Roofing was out here 3 times . He had to deal with the problem that the insurance didn't want to pay for a replacement. He showed them the damage and convinced them to pay. ABOVE and beyond was the service. Plus the roofing and gutter work was top quality. You and I should never use anyone else because when you have a problem they will take care of it. They deserve more than 5 stars.

Our roof was put on in March, 2018. I am completely pleased. The crews went out of their way to clean and clean and clean up after themselves. (in fact they uncovered some 48 year old construction nails in the yard from the original framing!!)Their workmanship is outstanding. I was especially pleased from start to finish. Brian came out the next day and explained all my options.
