Needed some patchwork done on my roof while other plumbing work (roof vents) was also being done. They were quick about the work.
Unfortunately, the color they had chosen wasn't even close to my current roof (I'm talking salt against pepper). I voiced my concern with the mismatch and they made it right, but finding a much closer match and fixing the issue. The new shingles matched almost perfectly.

When I called about a possible leak it was not long before Chad showed up to view the ares inside the house. He went on the roof and gave me his opinion as to what he thought was the problem. A few days a workman showed up and fixed what we and Chad think was the problem. After the last rains we have not noticed any futher damage. We appreciate your promptness and ability to repair the suspected area.
