Chris & A1 Siding And Roofing came to our home a few weeks ago to check out what we thought was a leak in the roof. Chris tracked it down to a picture window on the front dormer. He found the area around the window had rotted. While he normally doesn't deal with windows or window replacement, he went above and beyond and took care of the issue by replacing the window and repairing the rotted area. It pains me to post this but our experience is summed up by 2 words: unprofessional and unreliable. After a month of rescheduling Corey installed the product. Then called to ask for additional changes that were never discussed. When explained that we cannot do these changes at the moment he came back, removed and destroyed the product. We have been homeowners for many years and have never experienced such behavior.

A-1 did our house roof & windows a few years back so when it was time to do the gazebo. It was only natural to call on them. Chris came out and gave us an estimate very promptly, and we set up a schedule for when it could be done as we’d be traveling. When we arrived home, we couldn’t even tell they had been there except for the new roof - the cleanup was immaculate! Great job and crew!!!
