Jerred did a great job of conceiving a great solution to our needs and explaining everything very carefully and patiently.They came in and did the job quickly at the time they said they would do it, no delays. They came up with very helpful ideas on how to handle difficult aspects of the job like installing a nice diversion form above the chimney so water wouldn't collect around it to avoid possible leaks.
