Called them-they eventually came out 10 days later-then I never heard from them again. I called 3 times-finally got Nicholas back on the phone-but he said "he was busy going to a trade show". Nice-couldn't get back to me on a quote I had been waiting for-for more than 3 weeks-but had time to goof off at a trade show. According to the many other responses that had the same time dealing with these people. Obviously they have too much business and I like the others went elsewhere.

Customer service and communication seem to be alien and not a high enough priority to the supervisor. After a disconnect with the not-fluent-in-English worker (I had nothing against the worker, he worked hard, but as a customer, I was not able to communicate satisfactorily), I communicated to don't start until I saw damage he said he saw to my skylight from the outside. I called supervisor to cancel service. Supervisor said I had to pay for gas and tarp (because he opened a package). He wanted ...Read more

EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE. I needed an estimate for roof repairs in preparation for selling a home. I received a referral to use A-TEX from a real estate agent who had heard about their quality and service. I worked with Nicholas who was very knowledgeable and professional. Very timley and curteous. They went above and beyond my expectations. My roof was damaged due to a storm that came through and I thought it was going to be a compete tear down. The guys at A-Tex came and repaired my roof to better than new! Thanks and I will highly recommend them again!
