I called yesterday for my roof to be evaluated from storm damage. I gave them all of my info, gave them preference for appointments and was told I would get a phone call to confirm. I didn't get a call to schedule. I called back again today. The same process happened and they collected my info and told me I would get a call back. No clue if they are good or not because I never got past trying to schedule.
