Okay, Roofs are expensive - so it's hard to talk about value as my last roof was 25 year previous. I can say that the team was on time, very professional. Little mess after they were done (seriously, like two nails - amazing). A skylight did get damaged due to the racket on the roof - but it was fixed shortly after the job was done. It's a noisy process - be aware of that! I feel like we got a quality job and can rest assured that our new roof will outlive our remaining years in this house.
