Updated Review! Once I reached out to Above Roofing Robert and his team went above and beyond to finish our service. A month later I ended up finding two nails in my front tire from the roofers. I reached out to Above Roofing and Robert the owner got right back to me within 10 minutes. He ended up paying for my new tire and a little towards my second tire. Original response: Jessica, We are so sorry about the debris that was left overnight and the nails that you had to pick up before the final clean-up. This is unacceptable. Even though the equipment we typically use to catch the debris was getting fixed at the start of the job, the crew should have made accommodations for this and they did not. Our sincere apologies and please know that we started working with your property manager earlier this week to address the situation. We will be sending someone out for another inspection and to magnetize for nails just to be sure nothing else was missed. If you have any other concerns or comments, I'd love to talk to you directly. Overall, I'm pleased with the work they did on my newly purchased home. They were more expensive than other quotes we received, but Erich went above and beyond at our proposal and I decided to move forward with their services. The team showed up right on time and began working right away. I enjoyed being able to see where the project was with the updated photos. Although the price was high, I'm pleased with their work and they left our yard in good shape.

They did a good job although they didn't give me much notice of when they were going to show up.

While we'd like to be able to schedule things out in advance, as a contractor who works outside we ask our clients upfront to remain flexible as schedules often change due to the weather or the scope of work changing on a job. If there was any other issue with our work that was not mentioned in your review I'd like to know as we work hard to earn 5-star ratings.
