Phil the inspector was really friendly and helpful on the roof inspection. Also he helped us figure out our roof leak was really from a crack in the chimney. Overall good experience. They were even out same day when I needed a small fix on one of the shingles.

We filled out an online form for an estimate, as we bought our home 7 years ago and neighbors speculation was that our roof was at least 12-15 years old. We were contacted the very next day and Erich showed up two days later to do the inspection. After contacting us, he actually showed up 20 minutes early.
