I was impressed with them from the start, in terms of their explanations of the work that needed to be done, the way they used photographs to document and explain their work, and the no-pressure meeting to decide on shingles. They completed the work within two days, replacing several water-damaged boards. Communication was excellent, including a designated webpage where they posted photos of the work in progress.
